Many thanks to all of you who took part in our recent customer satisfaction survey. We're always wanting to improve the service we offer and so have been reading through your survey results with great interest. From your results we noted the following things and will attempt to make changes: - 90.6% of people think our product range is satisfactory or better. It's good to know you like the range of products we offer and we're always striving to add new brands and product ranges every single day.
- 92.5% say our website is easy to use. We've spent a lot of time and money making sure our website is top of the range but simple to use.
- 79.8% say our delivery times are satisfactory or better with 37.2% of the total vote saying delivery times are excellent. We strive to send all orders out the same day by first class post and will continue to do so even through busy periods.
- 92.5% think our communication is satisfactory or better. We have specialised staff answering the emails and the phone and we're one of the very few companies in this sector who offer free live chat support during office hours.
Some general comments received by customers:
- Delivery is always really good. Not always my sort of thing on the site, but have ordered 3 or 4 times and always very happy with the service, products and tracking system letting me know what stage the delivery is at.
- Dropshipping service from Devilwear is pretty much perfect.
- The live-help helps alot during communication with you guys! Keep it up and i'll stay for sure.
Constructive comments included slow delivery times to certain parts of Europe. Even though we send everything by first class airmail we will talk to our couriers to see how we can improve the delivery times.
New product ranges our customers want mainly include big sports brands and other fashion brands who specialise in jeans etc. These have been noted and we will contact new suppliers in the new year.
